Ordering Stock Frames
We offer a large variety of frame vendors including several that offer safety frames. These include Modern Optical,
Eye Q Eyewear, Visual Eyes, InSpecs, ArmouRx, Artcraft, Car Eyewear, Guardian, Hudson, OnGuard, Tuscany Eyewear, and Wiley X. So whether your are already working with any of these frame vendors or looking to expand your frame offerings, we have several amazing options for you to choose from. Ranging from value to midrange price points, you'll have almost every frame option you can think of including zyl, metal, titanium, kids, and a huge selection of both male and female styles.
Ordering stock frames from your myIcareLabs account is easy! After logging in, click on "stock orders" in the blue menu on your left. Then click the "add frames to cart" button. From here you'll see all of our frame vendors and their available collections. Now, just click the blue link to any collection you'd like to see more of.
Once your viewing the collection, you'll see a picture of the frames, available colors & eye sizes, as well as your wholesale cost for the frame. To order a frame, just enter the amount of frames you want in the box to your right by the associated color you want to order and then click the "add to cart" button.
One of the major benefits of ordering supply frames with your myIcareLabs account is that there's no need to setup an account with any of our frame vendors and there is no minimum order/volume requirement either. Only like 3 frames from one collection, 1 frame from another vendor, and 10 from another? No problem! Just order the ones you want and everything is billed directly through your IcareLabs monthly statement.
These are not demo frames either, you'll receive fully Rx-able frames. In a pinch, if there is ever a backorder issue with a selected frame, you can always send it out as a frame to come job then reorder a new frame later. You always have the flexibility to ensure your patient's needs are met as fast possible by utilizing our supply frames.
How To Place Supply Frame Orders
Now that you have your frame board stocked with our supply frames, we make ordering jobs a breeze. This saves you time & postage since there is no need to mail the frame out with each order. On the myIcareLabs Rx Order screen, supply select "finish (supply frame)" as the job type for your order. From here, you'll have the ability to select the frame vendor and collection with the "frame group" drop down. Then choose your frame model, frame color, and frame size:
Then just enter the Rx order as normal and we'll take care of the rest. Our frame room is stocked with the most popular frame options from our top vendors and we receive drop shipments daily from all of our vendors. In the rare instance of a backorder issue, your account manager will reach out to advise you and provide you with available replacement frame options or expected fill date on the back ordered frame.
Remakes & Frame Warranties
Another benefit of our supply frames is no need to return most frames for job remakes. We'll have the trace on file allowing you to reorder as lenses only in most scenarios. This allows us to restart your remakes/redos faster with less hassle for you. This also prevents the patient from having to wait without glasses and once the lenses are received you can simply swap them out.
All of our frames do include a one year frame warranty from the frame manufacturer against any manufacturing defects. The process to file a frame warranty is simple, just notify your account manager of the issue and we'll submit the warranty on your behalf to the frame vendor. Once approved from the vendor and we receive credit, then your account will be credited.
