The Eyezen+ comes in 5 levels and should be based on age and your patient's visual needs in the near zone. As you will see in the corresponding chart, the Eyezen+ 0 is for children and teens and offers no additional power in the near zone, while the 4 is perfect for pre-emerging presbyopes with a +1.10D "add" in the near zone.
