How to Order
To ensure the perfect fit, provide the following information:

Patient’s distance and near Rx – Do not adjust!

Fitting height – Measured at the center of the pupil.

Monocular distance PD

Accurate frame measurements – Including A/B/DBL and ED.
Fitting Instructions: The Shamir Duo fitting point should align with the center of the pupil. Use engravings and the layout chart (if printing, make sure to print at 100% and turn off the "fit to page" option in your printer settings) for verification.
