How Does the PointsPlus Program Work?

The PointsPlus program is straightforward and designed to reward practices for their commitment to providing patients with high-quality Transitions lenses. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how it works:

1. Eligibility:

   • The program is open to professional eyecare practices located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
   • Practices must have fewer than four locations and must not be excluded from participation in any federal health care programs.

2. Promotion Period:

   • The program runs from May 31, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
   • Points are earned for Qualifying Jobs completed between April 9, 2024 and December 31, 2024.
   • All points earned must be redeemed by March 31, 2025.

3. Earning Points:

   • For every pair of Transitions lenses sold, practices earn 5 points, with each point valued at $1.00.
   • Points can be redeemed for a range of rewards, including a free pair of lenses, merchandising tools, or even a trip to the Transitions Academy.

4. Qualifying Sales:

   • A Qualifying Job is a single sale transaction of Transitions lenses for a single patient, under one prescription, completed between April 9, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
   • Sales that are paid for, in whole or in part, by federal health care programs, free product samples, remakes, or warranty fulfillments are excluded from earning points.
